Poor sequencing can cause delays, add extra costs, and even undo finished work. With the structure open, we install wiring, pipework, ventilation, and heating — all hidden behind walls and floors once finished.
Once the home is sealed and insulated, we close walls, apply plaster, and prepare rooms for the internal fit-out.
Now we fit floors, doors, skirting, kitchen units, bathroom suites, and any built-in storage or carpentry.
